DURING YOUR FIRST INITIAL CASE TAKING NICOLE WILL: 

 

• Discuss your health issues with you

• Discuss your and your family's history

• Ask you questions about relevant body systems to gain in-depth understanding

• of your condition

• Perform a tongue analysis

• Perform a nail analysis

• Perform Iridology

• Take your blood pressure

• Calculate your body mass index

• Interpret available former diagnostic and laboratory tests and reports

• Might refer you for any necessary diagnostic and laboratory tests

• Might ask you to do online questionnaires (such as mood disorder appraisals, healthy aging appraisals or other health questionnaires)

• Give you a 3-day food diary form (to be filled out at your own convenience)

• Supply you with relevant educational material such as handouts & info material regarding your condition including yummy, healthy recipes 

• Supply you with your individually tailored wellness plan which could include prescribing supplements such as vitamins, minerals and herbs

• Answer any of your questions

• Explain your health issues to you from a naturopathic perspective

 

 

DURING YOUR FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS NICOLE WILL:

 

• Discuss changes to the condition and symptoms

• Analyse the filled-out 3-day food diary form and discuss the findings with you

• Analyse requested diagnostic and pathology tests (if applicable)

• Analyse the results of the online health appraisal questionnaire (if applicable)

• Answer any of your questions

• Review your treatment plan and adjust if needed

• Continue to provide you with educational material and recipes

• Continue to give you ongoing support

• Continue to educate you regarding nutritional and lifestyle advice

 

 

 

HOW LONG TILL YOU CAN SEE CHANGES IN YOUR PRESENTING HEALTH CONDITION:

 

Treatment results vary depending on the individual and their presenting complaint.

Some individuals obtain quick results while others take several months or longer,

depending on the duration and severity of their health issues. 

 

Most patients report first positive changes after the first consultation has taken place

and  provided recommendations are being followed and/or prescribed supplements

have been taken as suggested.
